[Trial] Room Reservation System Now Available (Starting October 1, 2025)

2025.10.01 Central Library

From October 1, 2025, the Central Library has begun trial operation of a new room reservation system.
With this system, users can easily reserve library facilities from anywhere—on or off campus—using a smartphone or PC.

This service is available only to Nagoya University members with a THERS account.

Facilities Available for Reservation:

Work Pods
NEOREX Pods
Discovery Square
Seminar Room
Satellite Lab
Speaking Room
(Research rooms, AV booths, and writing support booths are available without reservation if vacant.)
