お問い合わせ / Contact Us

1. お問い合わせの前に、FAQ よくある質問および下記の関連ページを必ずご確認ください。
2. 分館・部局図書室宛のお問い合わせは、各利用案内をご確認のうえ、直接ご連絡ください。
3. 機構アカウントや名古屋大学IDに関するお問合せ（ログインできないなど）は、機構アカウントヘルプセンターまたはITヘルプデスクへお尋ねください。
4. 平日8:30～17:00に回答します（休館日・夏季一斉休業期間を除く）。お急ぎの場合は、開館中にカウンターまで直接お尋ねください。この時間外にいただいたお問い合わせには、翌平日以降に順次対応します。

2. If you have any questions for the department libraries, please see Libraries in Nagoya University and contact each department library directly. You can find more information by clicking "Info" on the map page.
3. When you have a trouble with THERS account or Nagoya University ID (cannot login, etc.), please contact Organization Account (THERS Account) Help Center or IT Help Desk.
4. We respond to inquiries on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00, excluding library closure days, and Nagoya University's summer break. For Urgent Matters, please ask at the service desk during opening hours. Inquiries sent outside these hours will be handled on the next available weekday.
