お問い合わせの前に / Before submit an inquiry

1. お問い合わせの前に、FAQ よくある質問および下記の関連ページを必ずご確認ください。
2. 当館は中央図書館と学部・研究科の図書館／室で構成され、サービス内容が異なることがありますので、各館サイトの案内・問合せ先をご確認ください。
3. 機構アカウントや名古屋大学IDに関するお問合せ（ログインできないなど）は、機構アカウントヘルプセンターまたはITヘルプデスクへお尋ねください。
4. 平日8:30～17:00に回答します（休館日・夏季一斉休業期間を除く）。お急ぎの場合は、開館中にカウンターまで直接お尋ねください。この時間外にいただいたお問い合わせには、翌平日以降に順次対応します。

2. Nagoya University Library consists of the Central Library and departmental libraries. As services may vary among libraries, please check each library's website for information and contact details.
3. When you have a trouble with THERS account or Nagoya University ID (cannot login, etc.), please contact Organization Account (THERS Account) Help Center or IT Help Desk.
4. We respond to inquiries on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00, excluding library closure days, and Nagoya University's summer break. For Urgent Matters, please ask at the service desk during opening hours. Inquiries sent outside these hours will be handled on the next available weekday.
