Notes

• Graduates and program completers of Academic Year 2025 may apply after receiving their diploma, certificate of graduate, or certificate of withdrawal upon completion of the required period of study.
• Library cards will be issued from April 1, 2026 onward.
• Those who are still affiliated with Nagoya University, or who have not returned materials borrowed from any Nagoya University library, are not eligible for issuance.

The Nagoya University Library is committed to enhancing learning environments and improving services in order to support the studies of future students and younger generations.
